With all the forest fires burning in the interior of British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest, for eleven days in early August, Vancouver became engulfed in thick, disgusting smoke. I have lived in Vancouver for most of my life and have never seen it so bad. Not even close! It was really sad to hear about people being evacuated and even losing their homes. Not that it was important in comparison but I had to change my Rockies trip to somewhere with clearer skies. You’ll see some of those photos here. Now, please join me with a selection of my photos posted to social media in August.
